Buyer Agreement
The commitments organizations make when purchasing data via YourWorth.
Approved use only
You will use purchased information only for the purpose disclosed in the campaign and shown to the Seller before approval.
Legal compliance
You are solely responsible for lawful storage, security, use, retention, and deletion of information you receive, including compliance with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
Prohibited requests
You will not request passwords, credentials, government identifiers, credit-card or bank credentials, information about minors, information belonging to another person, or anything used for fraud, discrimination, stalking, or harassment.
Consequences
YourWorth may suspend your account, pause campaigns, block downloads, reverse pending payments, and prohibit future purchases if it determines that terms may have been violated.
YourWorth.org provides a marketplace where members and businesses can arrange paid opportunities involving information members choose to share. YourWorth can manage activity that occurs within the platform, including accounts, listings, consent records, payments, submissions, and access permissions. Once information is delivered, copied, exported, viewed, or downloaded by a business, it may no longer be within YourWorth's possession or control. YourWorth cannot guarantee that information delivered to a business can be retrieved, deleted, corrected, monitored, or prevented from being copied or used outside the platform. Members should only submit information they are comfortable sharing. Businesses are solely responsible for the lawful storage, security, use, retention, and deletion of information they receive. YourWorth.org is a mission-driven marketplace operated by Let's Ven, building a fairer data economy — one member at a time. YourWorth is not presented as a charitable or nonprofit organization. The platform may earn revenue through clearly disclosed marketplace and transaction fees.
